The Techno Vision System is the new digital image verification system that's a perfect compliment to digital printers. It is equipped with a digital camera that automatically locates reference markers on a print file, verifies the image and adjusts for linear and rotational distortion. The Vision Software, in operation with Techno’s CNC Interface, transfers this information to the CNC Router allowing customers to route digital prints almost effortlessly. This new system seamlessly integrates with traditional graphics programs and quickly mounts on all Techno CNC Router models.

Increasing the range material which can be processed by the "Vision System", optional cutting heads include: Ultrasonic Cutting Knife, Tangential Knife Scoring Head, Tangential Glass Scoring Head, Vinyl Cutting Head and for high production demands Multiple Spindle configurations.

Import graphics file into the Techno interface program
Add registrations marks. The interface program then automatically generates and stores the tool-path data in a folder for retrieval.
Retrieve the tool-path file and execute cut to print
