Vacuum Tables

Techno vacuum tables are designed to be as universal as possible and are easily customizable.  The tables are zoned, allowing vacuum to be applied to specific areas, and channeled on a 1" grid, enabling rubber gasketing insertion for a secure seal.   This combination enables vacuum fixturing which accommodates a wide range of hold down requirements.

The unique design of Techno's vacuum tables also features the ability of joining vacuum with mechanical hold down.  T-Slots interspersed within vacuum panels allow standard clamping devices to be applied in conjunction with vacuum.  This flexibility is a real plus when dealing with the not uncommon problem of fixturing warped material.

Vacuum Pumps

Techno vacuum pumps are available in both rotary vane and regenerative blower types and feature a range of (2) to (25) horsepower in 230/460V, 50-60 Hz, 3 or 1 phase.   Cfm output vary from ( ) and all pumps come complete with vacuum gauge, filter, check valve and plumbing to connect to route.
