If you’re wondering if a Techno system can meet your application requirements, perhaps a test cut is in order.  As with a picture, a test cut can be worth a thousand words.  It quickly allows you to gauge finish quality, processing speed, tooling needs and fixturing requirements.  In short, it gives you far more informative than all the imagination you can muster.

The test cut process is straight forward and carries no obligations. You simply submit the material to be cut and associated geometry files in a (dxf or igs) format. Upon test cut completion the following items will be returned to you:

• Finished cut pieces

• Video of the Techno CNC system executing the test cut

• A listing of cut parameters that includes the feed / plunge rate, total processing time, the type of tooling and fixturing utilized.
