Available in five models, Premium Class systems are Techno's most robust heavy duty routers. Designed for continuous duty cycles their ideal for either nested-based or individual component processing. Premium Class systems feature extremely rigid machine bases and a steel re-enforced gantry structures which combine to minimizes vibration while increasing accuracy and repeatability. Powered by brushless AC servo motors, these systems are ideal for the most demanding applications. And, like all Techno systems, Premium Class units features a modular design that allows users to start out with a base system and easily expand capabilities as needs dictate.

Built on engineering principles that have long been accepted as the foundation blocks for long term, accurate & dependable CNC operation, Premium models feature: precision ground steel machine bases, ground/hardened steel rails, recirculating anti-friction linear bearings, high-performance ball screws, anti-backlash ball nuts and AC servo control.
